You may use the service for your business after you create an account. You are responsible for activity under your keys. Keep them secret.
Your data
You own your data. You give us the right to process it only to provide the service. We do not train models on it.
Fees
Paid plans bill monthly or yearly in advance. Usage above your plan is billed at the listed rate. Taxes are extra.
Acceptable use
You agree to follow the acceptable use policy. We may suspend an account that puts the service or others at risk.
Availability
We aim for the uptime on your plan. Paid plans carry a service level with credits. Planned work is announced in advance.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel any time. We delete your account data within 30 days of closure, except what the law requires us to keep.
Changes
We give 30 days notice of material changes to these terms by email.
